Does your event require an audio technician?(Required) SOUND TECHNICIAN: Sound technicians can operate an in-house audio system as well as any audio equipment rentals, from our company, included for your event. They will set up all necessary audio equipment, test it, and ensure the system is ready for the event. If your event has requested a rehearsal or sound check, the technician will be present at that time and facilitate the connection of microphones and musical equipment into the audio system and will mix all of the audio sources for the sound check, rehearsal, and event. The audio technician can facilitate the turning on or off of the house lighting or stage wash, if you require any further lighting cues or control for your event, then a lighting technician shall be required. The audio tech can facilitate the connection of a video playback computer into a house video system (if applicable), but is not responsible for the playback or operations of any video presentations, if you require any further video control, then a video technician shall be required.
Does your event require a video technician?(Required) VIDEO TECHNICIAN: Video technicians can operate an in-house video play back computer with the customer provided content or may also operate any video equipment that our company is providing through a rental. Video technicians are only responsible for the operation of video equipment and video play back and do not provide any presentation, video, or image editing, converting, or set-up. The video technician can facilitate the turning up of the video play back audio in the audio system and turning on a house wireless microphone, if you require any further audio control, adjustments, or cues, then an audio technician shall be required. The video technician can facilitate the turning on or off of the house lighting or stage wash, if you require any further lighting cues or control for your event, then a lighting technician shall be required.
Does your event require a lighting technician?(Required) LIGHTING TECHNICIAN: Lighting technicians can operate an in-house lighting system or may also operate any lighting equipment that our company is providing through a rental. They will set up all necessary lighting equipment, test it, focus fixtures, and ensure the system is ready for the event. If your event has requested a rehearsal or tech check, the technician will be present at that time and facilitate the operation of the lighting system during the tech check and the event. The lighting tech can facilitate the connection of a video playback computer into a house video system, but is not responsible for the playback or operations of any video presentations, if you require any further video control or operations, then a video technician shall be required. The lighting technician can facilitate the turning up of the video play back audio in the audio system and turning on a house microphone, if you require any further audio control, adjustments, or cues, then an audio technician shall be required.
Does your event require a stage hand?(Required) STAGE HAND: Depending on the size of event, size of AVL system, and/or event requirements; we may add one or more stage hands to an event quote. The stage hands are available for our technicians to use in order to facilitate equipment set-up or operation before, during, or after an event. If you are in need of a stage hand for your event specific needs, such as moving props on and off stage, we can provide e stage hand for the event at your request.
